What you'll do

• Greet customers and assess their needs
• support service activations, changes, bill payments, equipment replacement, accessory sales, and plan upgrades
• work toward revenue and quality metrics
• assist with store opening, closing, cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits
• maintain store standards and follow company procedures.
