What you'll do

• Set up stations and prepare food items promptly according to guidelines and health and sanitation standards
• restock, clean, and maintain cook stations
• follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications
• clean and organize the kitchen, coolers, and storage areas
• comply with company policies and health and safety standards
• work with the team to deliver consistent food under pressure.
