Produce Management Trainee

After training, qualified candidates are assigned to a store department and take on its operations, product planning, ordering, organization, and employee supervision.

What you'll do

• Complete training and evaluations
• learn department procedures and product knowledge
• manage daily department operations
• work with store management on promotions and sales targets
• maintain displays, freshness, and stock levels
• order products
• receive and inspect poultry shipments
• manage inventory rotation and counts
• schedule, coach, train, and review department employees
• maintain a safe and clean workplace.
