What you'll do

• Prepare menu dishes according to guest requests, portion controls, temperature guidelines, and company time standards
• set up, prep, and stock the cooking station
• maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation
• break down the station and store items
• and work with kitchen equipment including grills, fryers, broilers, and ovens.
