The producer leads creative strategy and technical production across live, virtual, and hybrid programs, carrying concepts through planning, production, and show day. The role aligns audience experience and client objectives while coordinating content, budgets, schedules, vendors, and technical teams.

What you'll do

• Develop production concepts and experience strategies
• lead stage design and production elements
• produce virtual and hybrid programs
• lead video and content production
• manage planning from client kickoff through post-show closeout
• own run-of-show documentation, schedules, and technical timelines
• lead rehearsals and speaker preparation
• serve as onsite production lead
• manage vendors, freelancers, budgets, hours, and margins.
