What you'll do

• Inspect doughnuts and remove imperfect products
• apply fillings, icings, and toppings to specifications
• stock and rotate products
• package, date, and safety-seal wholesale orders
• replenish filling and icing hoppers
• assist with boxing doughnuts, coffee service, and cleaning
• bake pastry items
• clean and maintain equipment
• follow food safety and HACCP plans
• coach or train new decorators.
