What you'll do

• Oversee daily activities of Lead Dining Attendants and Stewards
• set expectations and complete evaluations as required
• assist with team initiatives
• communicate staffing, tasking, and equipment issues
• manage schedules
• adjust assignments for staff needs
• fill in at the dining facility as needed
• organize special projects
• conduct inventories
• research safe cleaning product use
• coordinate special tasking across departments
• maintain workplace safety and reporting
• support environmental health, safety, and quality requirements.
