Leasing and Marketing Specialist

The Leasing and Marketing Specialist role is onsite in West Lafayette, IN, with pay of $20–$25 per hour. GMH Communities develops and manages living communities, including communities designed to support the college experience. The specialist serves as a primary contact for prospective residents and supports leasing, resident relations, and property marketing in coordination with the General Manager and corporate marketing team.

• Respond to leasing leads and calls
• schedule appointments and conduct property tours
• manage leasing applications
• support marketing plans and market surveys
• assist with resident activities and community branding
• track apartment turnover and readiness
• follow fair housing standards
• follow up on maintenance issues and support package tracking.
