What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate crews and specialty subcontractors onsite
• develop and execute daily work schedules
• enforce trade specifications, OSHA safety protocols, and quality procedures
• host daily site meetings and report progress to project managers, leadership, and general contractors
• maintain job-site logs, photos, safety audits, and inspection records using SiteDocs
• and resolve field challenges while building client relationships.
