The role reports to the Donor Collections Manager and may include variable hours, weekends, holidays, and on-call coverage.

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, train, and model practices for mobile-drive staff
• support excellent donor service
• plan and assign staff work
• coordinate supplies and equipment for collection events
• review daily quality-control records
• ensure staff follow policies and procedures
• collect blood donations safely and compassionately.
