What you'll do

• Provide medical care using detoxification protocols, withdrawal assessment and management, medication assessment, and medication-assisted therapy
• oversee medical staff and collaborate with nursing and clinical departments
• support medical-service policies, procedures, budgeting, and quality assurance
• complete and authenticate required electronic health records
• screen for substance use, toxicity, intoxication, withdrawal, and pain
• review off-site examinations and screening results
• collaborate with attending physicians
• audit charts
• support recruitment, onboarding, staffing, and competency evaluations
• participate in telephonic on-call rotation and occasional weekend coverage.
