What you'll do

• Prepare and clean guest rooms
• make beds, dust, and vacuum
• replenish guestroom and bath supplies
• clean bathrooms, closets, and corridors
• perform rotation and deep-cleaning duties as required
• protect guest privacy and room security
• deliver and retrieve guest loan items
• respond to guest calls and complaints
• maintain work-area cleanliness and hotel property
• follow standard operating procedures.
