Resident Care Coordinator

What you'll do

• Create and maintain staff schedules and cover call-offs
• train and orient new employees
• supervise caregivers and monitor resident care
• oversee medication administration and documentation
• review communication logs, MARs, new orders, and alert charting
• coordinate with outside agencies and medical providers
• maintain medication storage areas
• participate in service plan reviews and update documentation
• assist residents with meals, medication, and direct care.
