What you'll do

• Build trusting rapport with clients
• conduct diagnostic assessments and treat mental health and substance use disorders
• develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• provide individual, group, and family counseling
• monitor progress and adjust plans
• maintain clinical documentation and confidentiality
• refer clients when needed
• participate in treatment meetings and clinical supervision
• communicate with other clinicians
• complete required training and collaborate with community partners.

Requires a relevant MA/MS degree, 2,000 counseling hours, 300 hours of substance-abuse-related education, active North Carolina licensure, LCAS certification or eligibility, and current CPR and First Aid certifications.
