What you'll do

• Prepare menu and prep items according to recipes, procedures, and guest requests
• use and clean kitchen equipment and storage areas
• stock and rotate products using FIFO
• portion products accurately
• maintain kitchen, prep, cooler, and storage cleanliness
• follow food safety, handling, rotation, and storage practices
• communicate deficiencies and safety issues
• assist with dishwashing and restocking
• support dining-room cleanliness and front-of-house service.
