Job overview

The Bartender works onsite in Naples, FL. Pay is $25–$35 per hour. Felipe’s Taqueria serves scratch-made Mexican food and hand-squeezed Key Lime Margaritas in New Orleans and Southwest Florida. The bartender prepares beverages to recipe and service standards, provides attentive guest service, and manages bar operations and payments. The role contributes to a welcoming guest experience and coordinated restaurant service.

What you'll do

• Greet guests and provide attentive service
• prepare margaritas, cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes
• follow bar service steps
• enter orders and payments in the POS system
• manage guest tabs
• prepare juices, mixes, and garnishes
• monitor product quality
• keep the bar stocked, clean, sanitized, and organized
• complete opening, shift-change, and closing tasks
• follow responsible alcohol service and food safety requirements.
