This role exists to provide comprehensive tax return preparation and advisory services to in-person customers. The associate acts as a community ambassador, building long-term client relationships and driving loyalty through personalized financial guidance and support.

What you'll do

• Represent TurboTax locally, engage with new prospects, nurture leads, provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax preparation for simple to complex situations, facilitate discovery sessions, uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, provide future tax planning, deliver exceptional customer service, and interact with clients in-person and via video.
