Universal Member Service Representative, South Lebanon

The Universal Member Service Representative role is onsite in South Lebanon, OH. Compensation is $21.55–$22.90 per hour. The position will initially train at Kemba’s West Chester and Springdale branches, then transition to the new South Lebanon branch when it opens, anticipated in January 2027. Kemba is a not-for-profit credit union serving its members. The role combines teller transactions with member service, helping members complete financial transactions, manage accounts, and understand credit union products. It supports accurate branch operations and member relationships through service, transaction balancing, and appropriate product referrals.

What you'll do

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cash advances, cashier’s checks, money orders, and wires
• balance daily transactions and verify cash totals
• open, change, and close member accounts
• assist with IRAs, HSAs, and safe deposit boxes
• explain credit union services and policies
• close loans through DocuSign
• cross-sell products and services and follow up with members.
