What you'll do

• Prepare foods for patient, catering, and cafeteria service using standardized recipes
• prepare production schedules and meet serving deadlines
• estimate food requirements and control portions
• collaborate on recipe development
• record food and refrigeration temperatures
• maintain food quality and prevent cross-contamination
• clean equipment and work areas
• maintain safe food handling and sanitation
• assist with checkout and cash handling as needed.
