What you'll do

• Prepare and portion food products
• cook menu items using grills, cooktops, waffle bakers, presses, and fryers
• maintain product quality and portion standards
• stock line stations
• keep cooking and refrigeration equipment clean
• follow plate presentation and food storage procedures
• assist with food preparation, kitchen opening and closing, and routine cleaning.
