• Manage day-to-day operations and strategic planning for Virtual Services and MyChart
• oversee personnel, budgeting, planning, implementation, and support
• coordinate service workflows and assess requirements
• evaluate system alternatives and recommend functional components
• prepare weekly status reports for the AVP
• interview, schedule, orient, counsel, and evaluate employees
• support customers and coordinate application implementation and issue resolution.

Why this role
