What you'll do

• Supervise approximately six AOD Counseling/Peer Navigator staff
• evaluate performance and provide coaching and training
• monitor contractor staff performance and implement corrective measures as needed
• monitor staff progress toward AOD certification
• oversee participant orientation and intake
• approve and monitor relapse-prevention and CBI action plans
• track participant assignments and progress
• train and oversee ARMS documentation
• coordinate OMCP Mentors and verify internship hours
• collaborate with CDCR/CCHCS headquarters, local institutions, and contracted staff.
