What you'll do

• Perform routine building maintenance including carpentry, electrical, and plumbing tasks.
• Maintain and monitor facilities equipment.
• Manage the site's pest control program.
• Change HVAC filters and light bulbs.
• Coordinate with facilities vendors and assist with office setups.
