What you'll do

• Manage daily property operations and housing-regulation compliance
• oversee leases, inspections, rent calculations, subsidy tracking, and tenant certifications
• coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance
• address resident concerns and mediate conflicts
• supervise and develop on-site staff
• prepare operational and subsidy reports
• manage rent collection and subsidy requests
• maintain records
• and serve as the primary on-call contact for building and resident emergencies during non-scheduled hours.
