Registered Nurse (RN)

The Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Ontario, CA, with pay of $42–$48 per hour. The RN provides routine daily nursing care in accordance with applicable standards and supervisory direction. Through assessments, treatment, documentation, and coordination with residents, families, and care staff, the role supports safe and consistent resident care.

What you'll do

• Assess residents and develop care plans
• protect resident privacy
• check vital signs
• dress wounds
• administer medications
• assist with admissions
• make physician rounds
• start IVs
• address resident and family questions
• document progress
• assist LVNs and CNAs
• monitor residents at risk for falls
• collect lab samples
• follow infection control policies
• and attend annual in-service training.
