What you'll do

• recruit, onboard, mentor, and support staff optometrists
• lead doctor roundtables, case discussions, and educational updates
• drive practice-wide technology adoption
• collaborate with executive leadership on expansion, strategic planning, resource allocation, and clinical KPIs.
