What you'll do

• Maintain financial and operational accountability for the property
• coordinate people, activities, and resources to meet objectives set by the Regional Director and property owner
• work with residents on lease renewals, problems, and satisfaction
• record traffic, leasing, renewal, and collection activity
• hire, train, motivate, and supervise staff.

Why this role
