Youth Sports Game Day Director

What you'll do

• Lead setup and teardown at game-day locations
• organize and transport equipment using a company vehicle
• prepare vehicles and equipment
• ensure fields and facilities are safe and ready
• monitor operations and troubleshoot issues
• direct, assign, coach, and support part-time staff
• serve as the on-site contact for parents, coaches, and staff
• respond to questions and concerns
• support the Game Day and Operations leadership team as needed.

Why this role
