What you'll do
- Inspect water, mold, and fire losses
- prepare mitigation and demolition estimates using Xactimate
- identify scope based on loss category and class
- submit estimates, photos, documentation, and reports
- communicate with adjusters, property managers, and homeowners
- clarify scopes and change orders
- assist with moisture mapping and job-file compliance
- coordinate third-party testing vendors
- align estimates with carrier guidelines and company standards.
