What you'll do

• Oversee biostatistics and statistical programming functions and assigned projects
• develop resource plans, budgets, staffing, and operating objectives
• lead and develop staff
• monitor project budgets and status
• maintain departmental systems and standard operating procedures
• support client and proposal activities
• develop and maintain statistical programs and specifications for analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures.
