What you'll do

• Support opening preparations, including hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup and testing, scheduling, training, and opening/closing procedures
• capture photos and help guests select souvenirs
• resolve customer concerns
• reinforce management procedures
• troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
• assist the Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and administrative tasks.
