The Underwriting Field Inspector role is a field-based position in Great Falls, MT, with work conducted at properties and from a home office; pay is $20–$28 per billable hour. The 1099 position offers flexible hours, with field operating hours generally Monday–Saturday from 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM or dusk, whichever is earlier.

What you'll do

• Inspect residential and commercial properties, document features and conditions, take photographs, identify potential hazards or underwriting concerns, and compile underwriting survey reports.
• The role dispatches daily from home without central-office reporting and requires reliable transportation and travel throughout the service area.
