Customer Operations & Service Manager

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop the customer service team
• oversee order processing, fulfillment, and issue resolution
• partner with sales and account teams on revenue forecasting and demand planning
• analyze bookings, backlog, revenue, margin, and performance metrics
• report on customer, distributor, channel, and inventory activity
• coordinate order priorities and on-time delivery with manufacturing and operations
• lead process-improvement and operational projects
• prepare executive reporting.
