What you'll do

• Greet passengers
• verify flight itineraries and baggage counts
• enter guest information
• check in and secure luggage
• weigh and tag bags
• process applicable baggage payments
• provide boarding passes, luggage claim tickets, and receipts
• answer questions and telephones
• maintain and stock the concierge desk
• follow airline, TSA, safety, security, dangerous-goods, and HAZMAT procedures.
