Medical Biller is a hybrid role requiring onsite work at least three days per week in Jamesburg, NJ. Compensation is $22–$25 per hour. TheraCorp Behavioral Health works to help individuals and families access mental health care. This role supports that work by processing insurance claims, following up on receivables, verifying coverage and authorizations, resolving denials, and assisting patients with billing questions and statements.

What you'll do

• Process insurance claims in the EHR
• monitor outstanding claims and accounts receivable
• verify insurance coverage and obtain authorizations
• correct billing adjustments
• resolve denied or rejected claims and submit appeals
• generate patient statements and assist with billing inquiries and payment plan options.
