• Process Medicaid income adjustments and liability updates in MEDI
• gather and upload supporting documents in ABE
• record updated resident financial details in RFMS
• submit updated records and adjustments in PointClickCare
• provide technical billing guidance during facility onboarding
• identify billing-process gaps and implement improved workflows
• incorporate system, process, and regulatory updates.
