What you'll do

• Lead Facilities Management operations and develop departmental policies and procedures
• oversee work orders, maintenance schedules, inventory, invoices, room turnover, and major repairs
• train and develop staff
• audit work and contractor quality
• monitor contracts, compliance, and building conditions
• lead capital and replacement-reserve assessments, budgeting, and monthly project reporting
• coordinate with Housing Development on commissioning new building systems.
