IT Supervisor

What you'll do

• Provide first-line support for workstations, printers, accounts, peripherals, and software
• configure Windows computers and accounts
• support Windows, MacBooks, Google Workspace, networks, servers, firewalls, VPNs, security systems, and veterinary medical systems
• coordinate with vendors and managed service providers
• maintain documentation and asset inventories
• manage IT projects, upgrades, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting
• train and onboard staff
• support IT reporting, policies, and budget planning.
