What you'll do

• Answer and direct calls to care team members, departments, and residents
• assist the HR Manager with candidate review, interview scheduling, onboarding, orientation backup, and Care Team Member stay or exit interviews
• provide receptionist backup during breaks or time off
• may assist Marketing and Admissions as a point of contact for resident admissions
• coordinate weekly appreciation events for Care Team Members
• perform other assigned tasks within the scope of work.
