Packaging Team Leader — Third Shift

Job overview

The Packaging Team Leader works onsite in Mainland, PA, on third shift. Compensation is $18 per hour, with a stated $2 per hour shift differential. Accupac formulates and manufactures cosmetics, over-the-counter products, and medical devices for beauty and personal care brands. The team leader oversees assigned packaging lines and guides line workers and material handlers to meet production goals while maintaining safety, quality, and current Good Manufacturing Practices compliance. The role supports efficient, accurate packaging through line setup checks, production documentation, and coordination with the Packaging Supervisor and customers during tests and launches.

What you'll do

• Oversee safe operation of assigned packaging lines
• ensure setup follows standard operating procedures and customer specifications
• verify batch codes, product components, and package quality
• assist the Packaging Supervisor with line audits and communicate performance, machinery, and quality information
• lead and support line workers and material handlers
• operate and adjust machinery within training
• monitor waste and suggest improvements
• complete finished-goods tickets and production documentation
• interface with customers during line tests and product launches
• support GMP compliance and production efficiency.
