What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes
• implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills
• use positive, evidence-based strategies to address challenging behaviors
• collect session data and complete clinical documentation
• collaborate with supervising clinicians
• communicate with families and caregivers
• attend training and team meetings.
