What you'll do

• Conduct client intakes
• build positive relationships
• help clients set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions
• provide ongoing support and counseling
• assist with conflict resolution and crisis intervention
• conduct unit and perimeter safety checks
• document incidents
• transport clients in an agency vehicle
• complete required training
• report for scheduled shifts during inclement weather and relevant emergencies.
