Employment and Education Services Manager

What you'll do

• Supervise six staff members
• review and approve timesheets
• hold monthly staff meetings
• establish and maintain TIP2 protocols
• ensure clients are assessed for program and job readiness
• support eligibility criteria and progress plans
• track client outcomes and school progress
• monitor documentation and service quality
• coordinate with educational institutions and partner agencies
• prepare program reports and maintain compliant client records
• provide staff training, coaching, and corrective action as needed.
