Senior Accountant

What you'll do

• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and supporting schedules
• assist with month-, quarter-, and year-end close
• maintain general ledger records across multiple companies
• assist with financial statement preparation and analysis
• investigate discrepancies
• apply GAAP and company policies
• use Sage 100 ERP
• reconcile intercompany transactions and balances
• support consolidations
• oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
• document procedures and improve workflows
• support inventory accounting, cost of goods sold analysis, audits, tax filings, and special projects.
