What you'll do

• Maintain, modify, and troubleshoot software, interfaces, and automations
• diagnose defects and performance issues
• provide senior technical support to users and the help desk
• support releases, configuration changes, upgrades, and patches
• develop and test scripts and code changes
• document changes and operating procedures
• coordinate with architecture, functional, help-desk, and program leads.
