The Direct Support Professional (DSP) — Asheville Day Program role is onsite in Asheville, NC, Monday through Thursday, averaging 32 hours per week. Compensation is $18 per hour. Hinds’ Feet Farm supports people after brain injury through holistic, person-centered programs that promote dignity, purpose, and connection.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one support, including transportation and participation in the Asheville Day Program
• support community engagement, recreation, socialization, and avocational or educational activities
• collaborate with program directors, coordinators, case managers, and families
• respond calmly during crisis intervention
• maintain detailed documentation
• work with the treatment team to adjust strategies in support of well-being and independence.

Why this role
