Facility Innovations Group delivers construction and energy infrastructure projects for commercial and industrial clients, including electrical, renewable energy, energy-efficiency, and facility-improvement work. The executive leads construction operations from project turnover through completion and closeout, with responsibility for safe execution, schedule, quality, profitability, staffing, and customer communication. The role builds consistent systems and develops leaders to support the company’s national growth across a geographically distributed project portfolio.
What you'll do
- Lead construction operations across the national portfolio
- oversee project managers, field operations, crews, subcontractors, and resource planning
- manage project handoffs, readiness, schedules, budgets, staffing, and recovery plans
- oversee commissioning and closeout
- own construction profitability and forecasting
- develop construction leaders
- establish safety and quality standards
- manage customer and partner relationships
- standardize construction processes and reporting
- travel regularly to project locations.
