Regional Sales Manager, Urology – Commonwealth Region

What you'll do

• Hire, develop, and guide a regional sales team
• manage regional business plans and forecasts
• communicate product value propositions to physicians
• train and develop accounts for adoption of UroLift and Barrigel
• build relationships with customers and key opinion leaders
• partner with Professional Education, Sales Operations, Customer Service, Area Sales Directors, and Marketing
• support product complaint and safety issue resolution
• maintain required facility credentials and manage travel expenses.
