What you'll do

• Defend attorneys and law firms against professional liability and legal malpractice claims
• litigate complex business disputes, including breach of contract, trade secrets, and partnership matters
• take and defend depositions
• draft and argue dispositive motions, demurrers, and motions in limine
• communicate directly with clients to manage expectations and build relationships.
