What you'll do

• Provide direct nursing services to residents in an assigned neighborhood or program
• train newly hired team members and provide assigned skills retraining
• oversee physician orders and ensure accurate transcription into electronic records and treatment plans
• administer medications and treatments as ordered
• supervise and lead clinical and non-clinical team members
• participate in interdisciplinary care planning and evaluation
• document resident conditions and nursing needs
• coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers
• plan admissions and coordinate with physicians, pharmacy, laboratory, and other departments
• provide reports to the oncoming shift.
